The Trial against Stalin.

 

The accused, Stalin is charged with the conspiracy to kill  Sergei Kirov.

 

 

The Prosecutor always starts in a fair trial. This group should present their proofs against Stalin. If you have any witnesses or actual proofs you must present them for the judges. You should only present your facts. No long speeches yet.

 

After this presentation, the defense and the accused present their facts to the judge.

 

The prosecutor starts his questioning of the accused in relation to the proof they presented.

 

The defense answers the questions during this questioning.

 

After this questioning the defense gets to call its witnesses and present its facts.

 

The judges are allowed to intervene in the process and ask questions.

 

After the hearing the judges should come with their verdict.
